How many people can The Warehouse accommodate?

Our space can accommodate 60 guests as per fire code.

What is provided for my rental?

Rental of our space includes use of the space (main room, 2 restrooms, and kitchenette/prep area) as well as use of tables and chairs for up to 60 guests.

Tables included: 6 7 ft rectangular tables, 2 5 ft rectangular tables, 4 5 ft round tables, 1 4 ft round table, 60 white resin folding chairs

Can we bring in food and beverages?

Absolutely! We allow outside food and beverages, including alcohol for those 21+.

Our space has a kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, and prep space as well.

Can we decorate the space?

You are permitted to decorate the space for your event; however, please note that we do not allow anything to be hung on any of the wall surfaces of our space. We provide a black backdrop stand if needed. You are also permitted to add table coverings, centerpieces, etc to make your event more personalized and special. We do offer a variety of items including table linens, backdrop stands, centerpieces, and more for a small additional fee for you to use during your rental.

Is the space handicap accessible?

Yes! We have a ramp at the front entrance leading to our space. The entire space is one level and bathrooms are handicap accessible.

Where can we park for events at The Warehouse?

While The Warehouse does not have it’s own designated parking, there is plenty of parking downtown for your event. Available parking areas include:

-street parking on N Washington and Main St

-parking lot on the west side of N. Washington Street just past the railroad tracks (former Best Auto loction) - Please do NOT park in spots designated for apartment tenants

-behind the VW County Courthouse (weekdays after 4:30pm or weekends all day)
